Return & Refund Policy

At Samadhan, we take pride in delivering high-quality, authentic spiritual products. To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for a "change of mind" or if you simply do not like the product. Returns or replacements will ONLY be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product delivered to you is completely damaged or broken upon arrival.
• You received the wrong product (different from what you originally ordered).

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please follow these steps:

• Mandatory: Take a clear unboxing video from start to finish while opening the sealed package, clearly showing the damage or the wrong item.
• Send the unboxing video, pictures of the product, and your Order ID to our email at support@samadhanstore.com.
• Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will arrange for a free replacement or initiate a return.

3. Refunds Process

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund. For online payments, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your Bank Account details or UPI ID to receive the refund amount.
