Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within India.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we have a strict cancellation window:

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched yet. To cancel, please email us immediately at support@samadhanstore.com with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund for Cancellations: For prepaid orders cancelled successfully before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
